Dear M. Scott;
I am writing this letter to let you know how much we are enjoying the new heat-pump systems you installed for us.
As a non-profit organization we count on good citizens of the community to help with our (No Kill) rescue operation. The animal’s safety is one of our biggest concerns.
Designing and installing the units on platforms, not only made them safer, but also gave the dogs more room and shade. We are no longer concerned about the dogs chewing the wires and electrocuting themselves.
You are the only contractor that addressed this problem and gave us a solution.
The new systems are as you said they would be, quiet, comfortable and energy efficient.
It means a lot to me to have a company that I know I can trust to do a good job and at the same time give me a price I can live with.
I would heartily recommend KNOW to anyone needing air conditioning or heating in their home or office.
